  Who we are

Liberties College is a college of further education under the management of the City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee. We are situated in the historic Liberties/Coombe area beside St. Patrick’s Cathedral and only a short walk from the city centre of Dublin. The College has over 700 full time and 200 part-time students with a teaching staff of over 70.

We offer a range of Post-Leaving Certificate and Adult Education courses. The principal certifying bodies are: FETAC/NCVA (Further Education and Training Awards Council), MACTE/AMS (Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education/American Montessori Society), IACP Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and CISCO.

Liberties College has a unique reputation for quality training in the areas of:

The College is only a 6 minute walk from Grafton Street and we are the nearest PLC College to Dublin City Centre. We are only 15 minutes walking distance from Tara Street Dart Station, 25 minutes from walking distance from Heuston Station and only 15 minutes from Connolly Station.
